Med Solutions, Inc. is an American owned and operated entity with its backroom operations located in Glendale, CA as well as Metro Manila, Philippines.  Our staff consists of highly educated and trained personnel in the medical field with at least 2 years of experience in the medical support services.

Infrastructure
Using up to 1 Mbps downstream and up to 768Mbps upstream connection from the country’s most reliable telco/internet provider, with ongoing talks of acquisition of more bandwidth tailor fitted to its projected growth. The Philippine facilities are housed in one of the busiest central business districts of Metro Manila.

Security
All files are fully secured, with the use of a secure FTP, 128-bit SSL encryption technology, with logins and passwords, daily physical inspection of incoming and outgoing personnel, and training in HIPAA compliance.
